Commission Regulation (EC) No. 1410/2003 amending Regulation (EC) No. 1622/2000 laying down certain detailed rules for implementing Council Regulation (EC) No. 1493/1999 on the common organization of the market in wine and establishing a Community code of oenological practices and processes.
[摘要] This Regulation amends certain provisions laid down in Regulation (EC) No. 1622/2000 which establishes at Community level a code of oenological practices and processes. Hereinafter, the purity and identification specifications of substances used in oenological practices referred to in article 46 (2) (c) of Regulation (EC) No. 1493/1999 shall be those laid down in Directive 96/77/EC. Annex IV to Regulation (EC) No. 1622/2000, laying down restrictions on the use of certain substances, is replaced
