Ministerial Decree No. 336 validating the Technical Regulation on the safety of meat and meat-based products.

[摘要] This Ministerial Decree establishes the safety requirements for meat and meat-based products, including poultry, produced in or imported into the country. It does not apply to infant food, dietary or medicinal products, raw materials or products that contain GMOs, or to homemade products. Mandatory condition for trade of meat and meat-based products shall be compliance thereof with the provisions of the present Technical Regulation, compliance with hygienic requirements related to manufacturing,
