Decree No. 499 of 1999 to amend the Decree containing rules relative to new foodstuffs and new food ingredients made under the Commodities Act.

[摘要] This amendment concerns the labeling of food in relation with indications of the use of genetic engineering in the production of such food. Basically this Decree specifies conditions for providing food with a label indicating that no genetic engineering technology has been used in its production.
