[摘要] Fish and aquaculture products must be placed on the market in compliance with the conditions established by article 4 of Regulation 104/2000/EC, which concerns the minimum information to be provided to final consumers on the characteristics of such products. Ministerial Decree of 27 march 2002 sets up the monitoring system on the information provided in the labels of fish and aquaculture products as well as the related sanctioning apparatus.
