Commission Decision 2003/380/EC granting to Sweden a derogation from Council Directive 64/433/EEC and fixing the equivalent health conditions to be respected in relation to cutting of fresh meat.

[摘要] By way of derogation from point 46 (d) of Annex I to Directive 64/433/EEC, Sweden is hereby authorized to allow the cutting of fresh beef and pigmeat under the conditions prescribed by the Annex to this Decision. The Annex lays down particular requirements relating to refrigerating rooms, temperature of cutting premises, time within which the carcases shall be cut and boned from the end of the slaughtering operations, etc.
