Regulation on the Frequency of Sampling of Carcases, Minced Meat and Meat Preparations and the Conditions and Methods of Reducing the Number of Elementary Units in a Sample of Objects with Smaller Production Capacity.
[摘要] This Regulation prescribes the frequency sampling of carcases, minced meat and meat preparations and the conditions and ways of reducing the number of elementary units in a sample of objects with smaller production capacity in relation to the requirements prescribed in the Regulation on microbiological criteria for foodstuffs (Official Gazette 74/08, 156/08).
