Ministerial Decree No. 1222 validating the Regulation on access to information on GMOs.

[摘要] This Ministerial Decree regulates access to information from the GMO database, which is an integral part of the national bio-safety database. The GMO information database shall have as its purpose: (a) data collection, classification and processing; (b) providing information regarding GMOs that are imported, created or used on national territory; (c) exchange of GMO-related information; and (d) access to reliable information regarding the safety of GMOs used on the national territory.
