Law No. 9308 on veterinary service and inspectorate.

[摘要] The present Law makes provision on the organization, functioning and financing of the veterinary service and inspectorate, in order to attain the following objectives: (a) improvement of animal health and protection against transmisible diseases; (b) protection of public health against zoonotic diseases transmitted from animals; (c) protection of animals against cruelty and suffering.
