[摘要] This Decree establishes the criteria for acknowledgement of groups of producers of fruits and vegetables that have as their purpose planning and adaptation of production of fruits and vegetables to quantitative and qualitative requirements for demand, promotion of trade of the aforesaid produce and stabilization of prices.
