Community Provisions (Nutrition and Health Claims on Foods) (Jersey) Regulations 2014.

[摘要] These Regulations declare the Regulation (EC) No. 1924/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council on nutrition and health claims made on foods to be applicable in Jersey and defines offence in relation with contravention of specified provisions of the Council Regulation. Compliance with the Council Regulation shall be a defence in proceedings for an offence under the Food Safety (Jersey) Law 1966.
