Technical Regulation No. 040/2016 “On safety of fish and fish products”.

[摘要] This Technical Regulation sets forth mandatory safety requirements for fish products related to processing, handling, storage, transport, trade and disposal, and also for packaging and labelling of fish products in order to ensure free circulation, turnover and trade of fish products on the territory of Eurasian Economic Union. The scope of this Technical Regulation shall be protection of human life, health and environment with a view of prevention of fraudulent practices. It shall be applicable
