[摘要] The Decree provides for the importation of salt in the country in order to cover its domestic need and the supply of raw material to salt manufacturing industries during the period when importation is banned so to consent importation by exception to the rule. Only the Registered Importers of Salt (SaltIT) issued with a Importer Identity Number (API) by the Ministry of Industry and Trade can be exempt form the salt importation ban as long as they have applied for a special permit to avoid the ban
