Ministerial Decree implementing Commission Directive 2003/40/EC as regards the criteria for assessing the characteristics of natural mineral waters as per Ministerial Decree No. 542 of 12 November 1992, and subsequent amendments, as well as the conditions for treating natural mineral waters and spring waters.

[摘要] The present Ministerial Decree lays down certain amendments to Ministerial Decree No. 542 of 1992 with a view to bringing the national provisions concerning natural mineral waters and spring waters in line with Directive 2003/40/EC, which has established the limits for admissible levels of those constituents of mineral waters that might pose a risk to public health.
