Regulation on enriching substances added to food, and conditions of their use.
[摘要] This Regulation of the Minister of Health, which is composed of 11 Paragraphs and three Annexes, defines enriching substances added to food and conditions of their use. The list of foodstuffs to which vitamins and mineral substances can be added is specified in Annex 1. The list of vitamins and mineral substances which can be added to foodstuff is specified in Annex 2. The list of permitted chemical forms of vitamins and mineral substances is specified in Annex 3.
