Ministerial Joint Decree No. 122428 as regards the maximum residue levels for atrazine, azinphos−ethyl, cyfluthrin, ethephon, fenthion, methamidophos, methomyl, paraquat and triazophos in and on certain products of plant and animal origin, in compliance with Commission Directive 2006/61/EC.

[摘要] The Decree provides for the amendments of the Greek legislative framework regarding MRLs so as to implement Commission Directive 2006/61/EC in relation with maximum residue levels for specified pesticides. In particular, the Annexes to Ministerial Joint Decree No. 290341/88, Presidential Decree No. 497/89 and Ministerial Decree No. 352654/95, prescribing the specific MRL standards, are hereby amended.
