Commission Decision 2004/267/EC amending Decision 1999/813/EC laying down special conditions governing imports of fishery products originating in the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, as regards the designation of the competent authority and the model of health certificate.

[摘要] The present Decision lays down some amendments to Decision 1999/813/EC which applies to the importation of fishery products originating in Vietnam. The amendments regard (i) the authority in Vietnam which shall be competent for verifying and certifying complaince of fishery and aquaculture products with the requirements set out in Directive 91/493/EEC, and (ii) the information to be given in the packages.
