Food and Drugs Act (Chapter 30:01).

[摘要] This Act provides a regulatory and administrative framework for the control and enhancement of quality and hygiene standards for food intended for human consumption and drugs intended for human beings and animals. The Act also prescribes various prohibitions in respect of the handling and placing on the market of food and drugs.
