[摘要] This Regulation stipulates the detailed animal health conditions, general and special conditions of hygiene of food of animal origin, also in terms of construction or reconstruction of facilities performing the slaughter of animals, production and trade of food and animal products, further providing the conditions of hygiene of food of animal origin for all stakeholders at all stages of production and/or processing and trade.
