Wine Subsidies Ordinance.

[摘要] The purpose of the present Ordinance is to provide for the implementation of certain EU-directives dealing with the granting of subsidies and other benefits for wine. The text – consisting of 11 articles deals with the following aspects: sphere of application, competent offices, application forms, promotion of market in third countries, toleration, participation and conservation duty and entry into force.
