Presidential Decree No. PP-505 on additional measure for improving efficiency of manufacturing and trade of liquors.

[摘要] The President establishes that entreprises manufacturing ethyl alcohol shall be prohibited to produce and bottle liquors. Beginning from 1 January 2007 authorization (licence) for the manufacturing of liquors shall be issued exclusively by the Licensing Commission under the jurisdiction of the Cabinet of Ministers.
