[摘要] This Ordinance, of 73 Sections and Two Annexes makes provisions and establish procedures for the Regulation of all Public Health Aspects In Israel. This document defines the powers of the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of the Environment to control public health and environmental nuisances of various kinds. The Ministry of the Environment and local authorities are responsible for preventing and eliminating nuisances and insect-carried diseases. Nuisances may include air pollution and odors
