[摘要] This Order establishes that ad hoc Commission shall be set up with a view of inspecting dairy processing enterprises purchasing ecofriendly milk, used as a base for manufacturing of dairy products destined for infant food, from legal and natural persons for the purpose of quality assessment and certification of raw milk and for ensuring efficient use of public funds for subsidy of milk-based infant food.
