Decree No. 93 of the Cabinet of Ministers validating the Regulation on classification of quotas for processing of sugar, the modalities of allocation thereof and trade of sugar exceeding quota.

[摘要] This Decree establishes classification of quotas for processing of sugar, the modalities of allocation thereof and trade of sugar exceeding quota. Quotas shall be classified as follows: (a) principal quota (A) corresponding to annual consumption of sugar on internal market; (b) additional quota (B) envisaged for meeting quota A plus optimization of stock of sugar; and (c) extra-quota (C) amount of sugar produced exceeding quota A and quota B.
