Prohibited Restaurant Act 1997.

[摘要] This Act requires that no person shall operate a prohibited restaurant in Bermuda. A prohibited restaurant is a restaurant which suggest that through distinctive name, design, uniforms, packaging, decoration or otherwise a relationship with any restaurant or group of restaurants operating outside Bermuda.
