Wine Legislation Implementation Ordinance.

[摘要] The present Ordinance provides for the enactment of, inter alia, the Federal Wine Act in its version of 16 May 2001 (BGBl. I p. 985) and the Wine Ordinance in its consolidated version of 28. August 1998 (BGBl. I S. 2609, 2001 S. 983). In particular, article 1 specifies the competent authorities responsible for the implementation of wine provisions in Saxony.
