Regulation on natural mineral and natural spring waters.

[摘要] This Regulation provides for the complete quality requirements in the production and placing on the market for all natural mineral water and natural spring water, and specifically related to the: physical, chemical, physico-chemical and sensory characteristics and composition; technological processes that can be used in production; analytical methods for quality control and various stages of inspection activities; additional labelling and packaging requirements; microbiological criteria.
