Decree No. 150 of 2004 to amend the Decree containing rules relative to new foodstuffs and new food ingredients made under the Commodities Act in relation with EC Regulations 1829/2003 and 1830/2003.

[摘要] This Decree refers to EC Regulations 1829/2003 and 1830/2003 containing rules relative to new foodstuffs that are not present already in national or EC legislation. Acting contrary to these rules is prohibited. Amendments are made to implement this change.
