Regulation on licensing of manufacturing and trade of ethyl alcohol and liquors.

[摘要] This Regulation establishes plenary powers of the authorized state institution in the sphere of manufacturing and trade of ethyl alcohol and liquors as regards licensing of the aforesaid activities. The authorized state institution shall carry out the following functions: (a) issuance of licences for manufacturing and trade of ethyl alcohol and liquors; (b) re-issuance of licences; (c) suspension and renewal of licences; and (d) revocation of licences.
