Cereals Survey Ordinance 2010.

[摘要] The present Ordinance by the Federal Minister for Agriculture and Forestry, the Environment and Water Resources lays down provisions relating to the monitoring of the use and classification of cereals from intervention stocks to be exported or processed into specific products. The text consists of 16 articles divided into 4 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Surveillance of transport and export (II); Surveillance of processing (III); Final provisions (IV). Two Annexes are enclosed.
