[摘要] This Decree provides the sanctioning of administrative violations in the field of health. Violations of regulations on water and air related hygiene are described in article 8 and on border medical quarantine in article 10. Section 2 describes acts of administrative violations related to food hygiene and safety, sanctioning forms and levels.
