Regulation on detailed requirements for commercial quality of pork carcass.
[摘要] The Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of five paragraphs, establishes detailed requirements for commercial quality of pork carcass. In particular, a commercial quality is established, based on European Union qualification of pork carcass.
