[摘要] This Ordinance makes provision with respect to health and welfare of animals. It consists of 62 sections divided into 9 Parts. "Animal includes fish and aquatic animals. There is established a Turks and Caicos Island Animal Health service within the Department of Agriculture. The Service shall consists of a Chief Agricultural Officer (CVO) and veterinary officers.
