Regional Law No. 8-OZ “On restrictions for trade of some types of alcoholic energizing beverages”.

[摘要] This Regional Law imposes restrictions on retail trade and vending of energizing drinks with a view of protection of public health, rights and legal interests of the regional population. Retail trade and vending of energizing drinks and tonic beverages with low alcohol content shall be prohibited on the regional territory.
