Ecological Production Act.

[摘要] The present Act implements the Council Regulation (EC) No. 834/2007 on organic production and labelling of organic products and repealing Regulation (EEC) No. 2092/91. Control and supervision shall be coordinated by the Federal Office for Agriculture and Food. The text deals with aspects, such as control of productions, notification of production, approval, registration of organic production. The text consists of 16 articles.
