[摘要] These Regulations amend the European Communities (Plastics and other materials) (Contact with food) Regulations 2006. By amending regulations prescribing offences, they lay down certain obligations on business operators to introduce good manufacturing practices for material and articles intended to come into contact with food. A minor amendment concerning definitions is made.
