Ordinance amending the Ordinance on producer associations of fruit and vegetables.

[摘要] The present Ordinance by the Federal Minister for Agriculture and Forestry, Environment and Water Resources introduces some amendments to the Ordinance on producer associations of fruit and vegetables (BGBl. II No. 70/2004). In particular, article 3a relating to right to vote of members, article 4a concerning membership on non-members, and article 10a dealing with penalties are added.
