[摘要] Item 5.1 is amended to add the following phrase: “acceptance, registration and examination of applications for issuance of patents, registration of trademark, service mark, place of origin of commodities and concession of exclusive rights thereto and also concession of exclusive rights to previously registered place of origin of commodities”.
