Law No. 114 “On State Agency on Intellectual Property”.

[摘要] This Law establishes legal basis, juridical status, principles and sphere of activity, plenary powers, rights and duties of State Agency on Intellectual Property and also its principal activities in the sphere of intellectual property. The State shall guarantee the right of citizens to ownership of intellectual property, which is considered private property that can be owned either by natural or by legal persons.
