Decree No. 164 of 2005 to amend the Commodities Act, the Pesticides Act 1962, the Animal Drugs Act and the Act Economic Offences in relation with adjustment to EC Regulation No. 178/2002.

[摘要] The Acts listed in the title have undergone some modifications due to implementation of Regulation (EC) No. 178/2002 of the European Parliament and of the Council laying down the general principles and requirements of food law, establishing the European Food Safety Authority and laying down procedures in matters of food safety. The amendments are consequential to the establishment of the Authority and regard new procedures for the establishment of rules on food safety.
