[摘要] This Decree, made pursuant to section 8§3 of the Food Act of 2006, principally concerns the Finnish Board for Novel Foods. The Board shall review the applications, submitted in Finland, for the placing of novel foods on the market and shall make an initial assessment of the food under Article 4 and 6 of Regulation (EC) No. 258/97 of the European Parliament and of the Council concerning novel foods and novel food ingredients.
