Biosecurity Regulation 2016.

[摘要] This Regulation, consisting of 120 sections divided into nine Chapters, made under the Biosecurity Act 2015, regulates several sectors related to biosecurity, such as: animal production and marketing within the Australian territory. This Regulation is divided as follows: Preliminary (Chap. 1); Chapter 2 deals with 'Managing biosecurity risks: goods' and makes provision for and in relation to notices that must be given of goods that are, or are intended to be: a) brought into Australian territory
