[摘要] These Regulations implement the provisions of Council Regulation (EC) No. 509/2006 and Commission Regulation (EC) No. 1216/2007 on the protection of traditional speciality foodstuffs. They create offences, provide for the appointment of authorized officers and confer powers of entry on authorized officers.
