Ordinance amending the Agricultural Market Structure Ordinance.

[摘要] The present Ordinance introduces some amendments to the Agricultural Market Structure Ordinance of 15 November 2013. In particular, the Ordinance amends chapter 4a on Special provisions for the production of sugar; article 10a on Transfer of activities on third parties; article 14 on Contract negotiations and in particular concerning the observance of the prerequisites for contract negotiations is also amended.
