[摘要] The present Law determines the state policy as regards the development of grain market as the priority of agricultural branch of economy. The Act is aimed at the creation of legal, economic and organizational conditions for the competitive production of grain and the formation of internal grain market for the purpose of ensuring internal demand in food grain, seed grain and fodder grain, and also rising export potential as regards grain export.
