Fish (Aquaculture) Rules, 2003 (S.I. No. 81 of 2003)

[摘要] These Rules, made under section 43(g) of the Fish Act, provide for control of activities relating to aquaculture. No person shall engage in fish breeding or shall export or import live fish for purposes of aquaculture without a permit issued by the Chief Fisheries Officer. Importation of live fish also requires a certificate of import of live fish into Uganda as prescribed in the Sixth Schedule to these Rules.
