[摘要] This Decree, composed of 8 articles, rules on the composition, structure, competences and functioning of the National Council for Food and Nutritional Security (CONSEA). This Council is a direct advisory body of the President of the Republic. CONSEA shall formulate strategies and guidelines for the national food security and nutrition policies of the Federal Government.
