[摘要] This Decree lays down animal health conditions governing intra-Community trade in, and imports from third countries of, poultry and hatching eggs. The provisions of the Decree shall not apply to poultry for exhibitions, show or contests. For the purposes of this Decree ‘official veterinarian’ and ‘third country’ mean the official veterinarian and third countries as defined in Presidential Order No. 245/2006. the Decree is composed of 34 articles, divided into four Chapters as follows: Chapter I,
