Machine-Building for Fuel and Energy Complex: Perspective Forms of Interaction

[摘要] The article is devoted to the study of the existing forms of cooperation between the authorities, business and science in the fuel and energy complex and the machine-building industry at the regional level. The possibilities of applying the concept of the "triple helix" and its multi-helix modifications for the implementation of the import substitution program for high- tech products have been considered.
