Detection heart failures (HF) biomarkers by proton transfer reaction - mass spectrometry and ion mobility spectrometry
[摘要] Exhaled breath contains 1% of volatile organic compounds. The concentration of individual biomarkers in hundreds of volatile organic compounds lies within the range ppm- ppb. In compare with control group the concentrations of acetone, acetic acid, ethanol, propylene biomarkers is significantly higher in HF-PEF group.
