[摘要] At present, with the acceleration of technological innovation, state-owned enterprises have become an important driving force for technological innovation in China. However, due to the limited influence of state-owned enterprises on their inherent systems, the innovation vitality of scientific and technological personnel needs to be improved. In the implementation of the country's implementation of innovation-driven development strategy, many state-owned enterprises have combined their actual conditions, dared to take steps to reform, explored technological innovation mechanisms and strategic changes, and introduced a number of new scientific and technological innovations.
